Mescolate in una terrina 3 cucchiai abbondanti di pan grattato, un uovo, 4 cucchiai di parmigiano e 200 g. di tonno sminuzzato. Componete l’impasto a forma di salame ed avvolgetelo in un tovagliolo bianco chiuso sui lati. Cuocete in acqua per 20 minuti; tagliate a fette e servite freddo.
